"
As investors, we bring to companies not only capital, but also broader management support and the opportunity to transfer the knowledge and experience of experts and managers with whom we collaborate. Alongside investments in infrastructure and technology, we consider investments in people equally important. This isour plan for Pekarna Hrstić as well. We see a lot of potential for growth in aregion that is one of the strongest tourist destinations in Croatia. We believe that with tradition and existing knowledge, combined with modernization, newtechnologies, and additional management expertise, we can make significantstrides together that will bring the desired growth to the company, while also enriching the offerings for both the local community and the many tourists who visit this region." said Emília Mamajová, partner and co-founder of theEVERITA Capital fund.

We are pleased and proud that EVERITA Capital has recognized our work to date and our vision for future development, which we will pursue together. To continue growing and evolving,we have brought on a partner whose investment, experience, and expertise will help take our business to the next level and will bring value to our company, our employees, and our community. In Croatia, this type of investment is not yet widespread in the small and medium-sized business segment we belong to, but I hope it will become more common in the future. By investing inproduction and sales capacity, modernization, and new technologies, we continue to grow and create value for our company, employees, and the community in which we operate," commented Ana Mihaela Hrstić, managing director and co-owner of Pekarna Hrstić.
