As co-founder of Karmijn Kapitaal, a female-founded Dutch investment firm with a decade-long track record similar to EVERITA’s approach, she has demonstrated the value of diverse leadership in driving sustainable growth.
Her experience includes managing turnarounds of multinational factory disposals as co-founder of Plain Vanilla and leading software and aviation companies. With economics and mathematics studies complemented by a Harvard MBA, Hadewych serves on EVERITA’s and ESPIRA’s Investment Committees, championing our collaborative, people-first investment philosophy.
