With more than25 years of transactional experience, she has advised on some of the largest banking, insurance, and energy-sector deals in the region, including numerous landmark privatisations and cross-border acquisitions for Erste Bank and other leading institutions. Helen is consistently ranked as a top-tier M&A practitioner in Chambers, Legal 500 and Mergermarket, and also serves on the global board of CMS as a Non-Executive Director. Helen has degrees in Economics and Law from Monash University in Victoria, Australia.
