Libor Mertl co-founded ComAp, a global technology company specializing in smart control and management solutions for power generation and energy management. He served as Managing Director and CEO until 2016 before transitioning to the Board. Today, Libor works as a teacher, advisor, coach,mentor, and investor for both business and non-profit organizations. He helps companies establish Boards of Directors and implement corporate governance frameworks, teaches Strategic Marketing, Innovation, and Strategic Managementas a visiting professor at universities in Prague, and supports young entrepreneurs as an impact investor. Libor holds a Master's Degree in Technical Cybernetics from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
