Mila is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in private equity, structured finance, and corporate advisory. At Blue Sea Capital, she oversees the fund’s operations, administration, and audit, and supports the investment team in transaction structuring, execution, and portfolio management. Before joining Blue SeaCapital, she held senior roles at Quaestus Advisory and Agrokor, leading complex M&A and financing projects across multiple industries including FMCG, automotive, and telecom. Mila holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Faculty of Economics in Zagreb.
