Pekarna Hrstić is a family-owned business based in Split that has operated in the Dalmatia region for over 25 years with more than 80 employees. The company operates 12 of its own retail locations and supplies approximately one hundred additional points of sale through wholesale partnerships with the Studenac and Ribola retail chains. Pekarne Hrstić produces bread, pastries, and cakes using its own proprietary recipes, and all of its products are exclusively freshly prepared daily anddelivered fresh to all points of sale. Daily production amounts to approximately 6,000 bakery products.
