Richard is the Founder and Managing Partner of Evolution Equity Partners, a global venture capital firm investing in cybersecurity, enterprise software, and data analytics across the US, Europe, and emerging markets. With more than three decades of investment, operational, and entrepreneurial experience, he has led Evolution’s growth into a leading technology investor with over $2 billion in capital and a portfolio including companies such as Security Scorecard, Quantexa, Pentera, and Arctic Wolf. Before founding Evolution, Richard was a Partner at Alpha Associates, an investment firm in Zurich managing portfolio of fund of funds and direct investments in software, media, and infrastructure. Richard holds MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
